One of the Prophet's Companion, Anas ibn Malik said: "Allah's Messenger (Muhammad (SAW)) was of medium height, neither tall nor short. He was of handsome physique and is hair was neither crisply curled nor smooth, brown in color. When he walked, he used to stride confidently."
One of the Prophet's wife, Umm Salaamah said: "The apparel dearest to Allah's Messenger was the shirt[Qamis]"
Ali ibn Talib, one of the Prophet's companion said: "When the Prophet walked, he inclined forward, as if he were descending a declivity."
Anas ibn Malik said: "Allah's Messenger used to repeat each expression three imes in order to make himself understood."
In an ahadith narrated by Amra: "Aisha, one of the Prophet's wife was asked: What was Allah's Messenger accustomed to doing in his home? She said: "He was a normal human being. He used to examine his clothes for lice, milk his Sheep and serve himself. "
Aisha said: "Allah's Messenger was neither obscene nor profligate nor boisterious in the Markets, and he would not repay a misdeed with a misdeed, but would pardon and forgive."

Ibn Abbas, One of the Companions said: "The Prophet(SAW) stayed in Mecca for 13yrs, during which he was inspired with the Divine revelation, and in Medina for 10 (years) then he died when he was 63."
Anas Ibn Malik said: "On the Day when Allah's Messenger entered Medina, every part of it shone bright , and on the day when he died, every part of was gloomy. We did not shake the dust off our hands and we were in his burial until we no longer recognised our own hearts"
Aisha, the Prophet's wife said: "Allah's Messenger died on a Monday"
